GC.Automations operations systems

GC Automations · Systems that hold your business operations together.

One foundation. Your company's rules.

Pulso OS is the foundation GC Automations uses to build operations systems. Each project starts with a process in your company: how the work happens, which decisions need a person, and what the system should record.

Free assessment on a call. You get the report and the flowchart even if you don't hire us.

System foundation

The design comes from the real work.

The system takes on the rules defined with your team. If you already have systems in use, the project looks at how to connect them to the process. What gets built is decided after the assessment.

Pillar 01

Deterministic Rules

Pulso OS strictly follows the rules approved during the assessment. Nothing in the core of the operation happens on guesswork or unchecked AI.

Pillar 02

Integration Without Disruption

We don't make you drop what already works. We connect WhatsApp, spreadsheets, relational databases and legacy software into a single, predictable flow.

Pillar 03

Full Traceability

Every booking, order, notification or rejection creates a permanent record with date, time, rule and outcome. Your operation is 100% auditable at any moment.

A project built for your case

From assessment to a system in use.

01 · Define the project

The proposal comes out of the assessment.

Once the assessment is validated, GC Automations puts together a proposal for your case. Projects are planned for 1 to 3 months. The proposal sets the scope, investment and timeline for the chosen process, plus the metrics we will track.

02 · Build and follow through

Your rules move into the system.

In the paid project, Gabriel works through the rules in depth with your team and builds the system. Rollout includes tracking how it gets used and comparing what we see against the starting point and the target.

Follow-up keeps the delivered system separate from the effects observed in your operation.

After launch

You choose how to keep it running.

Run by GC

We take care of the system.

GC Automations hosts and runs the system for a monthly fee, with support, scoped improvements and the updates set out in the agreement. Support terms are defined for each project.

License to run it yourself

Your team runs it.

Your company gets a copy of the deployed code, licensed for internal use and modification, and your team runs it on your own infrastructure.

The proposal covers documentation and handover. General-purpose modules remain reusable by GC Automations.

Before we talk

What you might want to know.

What do I get from the free assessment?

A report and a flowchart of the process we discussed on the call, with the issues we found and the open questions. The material is yours to use even if you don't hire us. We aim to deliver it the next day; Gabriel confirms the timing based on the scope of the conversation.

Do I have to replace the systems I already use?

The assessment takes your existing systems into account. The proposal spells out what will be integrated and what needs to be built for the chosen process.

How much does it cost and how long does it take?

Projects are planned for 1 to 3 months. Each proposal is individual and sets scope, investment and timeline based on the process, along with how progress will be tracked.

Can my own team run it?

Yes. That option includes a license and a copy of the deployed code for internal use and modification. Your team runs it on your own infrastructure; the proposal covers documentation and handover.

Let's talk

Which process is worth this conversation?

The assessment is free and starts with the work that happens in your company.
