GC.Automations operations systems

Systems that hold your business operations together.

The system starts with your process.

GC Automations learns how an important part of your company works and builds the system it needs. Your business rules drive the project, and we connect to the tools you already use when it makes sense.

The operational shift

From manual bottleneck to a system that runs on its own.

Three steps that turn your company's routine into clear, predictable, automated rules.

01 · Where you start manual routine

Scattered information and room for error

Requests come in on WhatsApp at all hours, tracking lives in notebooks or outdated spreadsheets, and your team spends hours answering what a system should check on its own.

The owner or manager has to be there for every repetitive decision.

02 · The assessment free · 24h

Mapping your actual business rules

A call with Gabriel to map how the work really flows. The next day you get a Gap Report and a Process Flowchart, with no strings attached.

Yours to use even if you decide not to hire us.

03 · Stability system in production

The system holds the operation together

Built on Pulso OS around the way your company works. The system confirms, declines, notifies and organizes around the clock. Your team steps in only when a real exception needs a person.

A predictable operation, and time back to serve customers.

The first conversation

The work starts with a real situation.

It might be a purchase that means checking several trackers, an order that passes through different people, or a schedule that has to be redone every time something changes.

The first conversation starts with the process that matters to your company. Gabriel asks questions and maps out with you how the work happens today.

What you get

What you get from the free assessment

01
Technical Report

A clear read on the bottlenecks in your current routine, friction points with customers, and business rules that need to be written down.

02
Process Flowchart

A visual map of your process from start to finish: inputs, rule checks, automatic decision points and operational outputs.

01 · Input Request / Message WhatsApp · Web · Spreadsheets
02 · Rules Pulso OS system Capacity · SLAs · Checks
03 · Action Confirmed / Notified Handled right away, no friction

The material is yours to use even if you don't hire us. We aim to deliver it the day after the call; the timing depends on the scope of the conversation.

A project built for your case

From assessment to a system in use.

01 · Define the project

The proposal comes out of the assessment.

Once the assessment is validated, GC Automations puts together a proposal for your case. Projects are planned for 1 to 3 months. The proposal sets the scope, investment and timeline for the chosen process, plus the metrics we will track.

02 · Build and follow through

Your rules move into the system.

In the paid project, Gabriel works through the rules in depth with your team and builds the system. Rollout includes tracking how it gets used and comparing what we see against the starting point and the target.

Follow-up keeps the delivered system separate from the effects observed in your operation.

After launch

You choose how to keep it running.

Run by GC

We take care of the system.

GC Automations hosts and runs the system for a monthly fee, with support, scoped improvements and the updates set out in the agreement. Support terms are defined for each project.

License to run it yourself

Your team runs it.

Your company gets a copy of the deployed code, licensed for internal use and modification, and your team runs it on your own infrastructure.

The proposal covers documentation and handover. General-purpose modules remain reusable by GC Automations.

Before we talk

What you might want to know.

What do I get from the free assessment?

A report and a flowchart of the process we discussed on the call, with the issues we found and the open questions. The material is yours to use even if you don't hire us. We aim to deliver it the next day; Gabriel confirms the timing based on the scope of the conversation.

Do I have to replace the systems I already use?

The assessment takes your existing systems into account. The proposal spells out what will be integrated and what needs to be built for the chosen process.

How much does it cost and how long does it take?

Projects are planned for 1 to 3 months. Each proposal is individual and sets scope, investment and timeline based on the process, along with how progress will be tracked.

Can my own team run it?

Yes. That option includes a license and a copy of the deployed code for internal use and modification. Your team runs it on your own infrastructure; the proposal covers documentation and handover.

Let's talk

Which process is worth this conversation?

The assessment is free and starts with the work that happens in your company.
